We started in Key West in 2009 and have grown into one of the two largest electrical contractors operating in the Keys. Our work splits roughly 60 percent commercial, 30 percent residential, and 10 percent generator. Project scope ranges from $1,000 service calls to $12 million ground-up commercial builds, and the same crews handle both ends of that range.

Our Key West office covers the Keys from Key West up to Key Largo, including the Lower Keys, Middle Keys, and Upper Keys. Our Naples office covers Southwest Florida from Marco Island to Fort Myers, with most residential and commercial work landing in the Naples area.
Our new Summerland Key headquarters is opening soon at 25000 Overseas Highway. The facility includes a main building with offices and meeting rooms plus a two-story fully stocked warehouse, which will give our Keys crews faster turnaround on parts and materials across the chain.

Leadership

Karel Bublak, President, and Mason Haag, Vice President, lead the company.
Between them they direct estimating, project execution, and day-to-day operations across all three offices.
Behind the leadership team is a crew of 55 licensed electricians. Every electrician on staff is trained and licensed under our state certification, and the same crews work across residential, commercial, and generator scope. That's the structure that lets a $1,000 service call and a $12 million build run out of the same shop without dropping either one.
