The dealer status covers all three sides of the work: sales, service, and installation. Hurricane season runs June through November, which is when the generator side of our work picks up. Our Generac Authorized Dealer status means three things.
That single-team structure matters most on the install. Most generator issues at startup come from disconnects between the electrical work, the gas line, and the unit itself. We handle the electrical side directly and coordinate the gas line through licensed gas contractors.

Standard scope includes the unit, the concrete pad, the transfer switch, the panel work, and coordination with the gas line contractor for natural gas or propane supply. Most installs run through new permitting, inspection, and startup commissioning.

Hurricane season in Florida runs June 1 through November 30.
Generator demand spikes in the weeks leading up to the season and again immediately after any named storm. Installing a generator in May for the upcoming season is a fundamentally different operation than trying to install one in August after an outage. Equipment availability, install scheduling, and gas line coordination all run smoother outside the peak.

Generac units need regular service to stay reliable. We service Generac units regardless of who installed them.
Warranty service runs through our dealer status: registered Generac units carry the manufacturer warranty, and we handle warranty repair on units within coverage. For service calls, including post-storm troubleshooting, call (305) 292-3369. Emergency service is available after hours for units down during outages.
