Careers at Check Electric

We hire licensed electricians for both regions we serve: the Florida Keys and Southwest Florida. The work is steady, the project mix is varied, and the crews are sized for real scope (over 100 employees across three offices, with projects running from $1,000 service calls to $12M ground-up builds). If you carry an active Florida electrical license, we want to talk.

Why Work at Check Electric

What the Job Actually Looks Like

We're one of the two largest electrical contractors operating in the Keys, with a Naples office covering Naples and Southwest Florida.

That scale matters for an electrician in two practical ways. First, the work doesn't dry up: we run residential, commercial, and generator scope in parallel year-round, with hurricane season driving generator volume from June through November. Second, the project mix is wide enough that you're not doing the same thing every week.

We've held the state certification (License # EC13004515) and the Generac Authorized Dealer status since 2009. Our calibrated ground impedance testing is certified for medical and government facility work.
