We operate from three offices: our current main office in Key West, our Southwest Florida office in Naples, and our new headquarters opening soon in Summerland Key. The structure lets our crews reach any job site from Key Largo down through Key West and from Marco Island up to Fort Myers without the lag of a single-office operation.
Key West Office
Current Main Office
Our Key West office is the current main office and the operational base for the Keys.
Crews dispatched from here cover the Lower Keys, Middle Keys, Upper Keys, and Marathon. Day-to-day work routing for residential service, commercial projects, and Generac installs across the Keys runs through this office. Walk-ins are welcome during standard hours for service requests, employment applications, and project conversations.

Naples Office
Southwest Florida
Our Naples office serves Naples and Southwest Florida.
Crews dispatched from here cover Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. The full residential, commercial, and generator scope is available from this office: panel upgrades, ground-up commercial builds, parking lot lighting and security camera installs, fire alarm and BDA systems, and Generac sales, service, and installation.

Summerland Key Headquarters
The New HeadquartersOpening Soon
Our new headquarters is opening soon at 25000 Overseas Highway. The facility includes a main building with offices and meeting rooms, plus a two-story fully stocked warehouse.
The warehouse is the operational reason the headquarters matters: it gives our Keys crews faster turnaround on parts, fixtures, panels, switchgear, and generator equipment across the chain. Service calls and projects that previously waited on a shipment will run shorter once the facility is online. Once the headquarters is open, it will become the operational center for the Keys region, with the Key West office continuing to handle local dispatch and walk-ins.
