Check Electric is a Generac Authorized Dealer covering all three sides of the work: sales, installation and service. We install residential home standby units and commercial standby systems across the Florida Keys and Southwest Florida. Hurricane season runs June through November, and booking ahead of it keeps the install on your timeline instead of in the queue.

One team sells the unit, installs it, and maintains it. There is no handoff to a subcontractor after the sale.
Our generator techs work to Generac factory standards on every install, under State of Florida Electrical Contractor License # EC13004515. Because the electrical side is in-house, the service entrance, transfer switch and distribution work is handled by the same licensed crews that do our commercial distribution work.

Power That Starts on Its Own
A home standby generator runs off the property's fuel supply and starts automatically when utility power drops. The install covers the pad, the fuel connection coordination, the automatic transfer switch, and the electrical tie-in to the panel.
We size the unit to what the home actually needs to run, not to a catalog default, and we walk you through the difference before anything is ordered.
