Request a Service

Use the form below to request residential service, a commercial bid, a generator install, or any other electrical scope. The submission routes to the right office (Key West, Naples, or Summerland Key once open) based on project location. For after-hours emergencies, call (305) 292-3369 instead of using the form.

What to Submit

Four Common Request Paths

Most requests we receive fall into one of four categories. Knowing which one you're submitting helps us route the request and respond with the right information.

  • Residential servicepanel upgrades, GFCI replacements, fire and smoke alarms, troubleshooting, remodel scope, or any other home electrical work. Most service calls get scheduled within standard business days
  • Commercial bid requestnew construction, distribution retrofits, switchgear, busway, fire alarm, BDA, or any commercial scope. These requests start a precon and bid conversation, not a same-week service appointment
  • Generator inquiryGenerac sales, install, service, or maintenance for residential or commercial standby systems. Hurricane season runs June through November; book ahead for pre-season installs
  • Specialty workground impedance testing, BDA design, parking lot LED upgrades, thermal imaging, utility locating. Specify the scope in the form

  • Your name and contact details

phone and email both, in case one channel fails

  • Service type

one of the four paths above

  • Project or property location

Submit when ready. The request lands in the routing inbox for your service area.

Emergency Service

Use the Phone Line
for emergencies.

Emergency electrical service is available after hours and on weekends.

Do not use the form for emergencies; submissions route through standard channels and may not be reviewed until the next business day.

What Happens After You Submit

How the Request Routes

After submission, the request routes to the office covering your location.

The Key West office handles requests from Key West, the Lower Keys, Middle Keys, and Upper Keys up to Key Largo. The Naples office handles requests from Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. The Summerland Key headquarters, once open, will route Keys requests through its dispatch.

Standard service requests get a return call or email to schedule the work and confirm scope. Commercial bid requests get a return call to set up a precon conversation or site walk. Generator inquiries get a return call to discuss the unit, the property's electrical service, and the install timeline.

For complex commercial projects, send drawings or scope documents to Admin@checkelectricllc.com after submitting the form.
